Fastest Piezo Inkjet
Galaxy is one of the fastest piezo printer on the market, with a 43+ kHz firing rate for both UV curable and water-based inks. The maximum print speeds are 439 m/min at 600x600 dpi and 878 m/min at 600x300 dpi.
Easy operation
All 4 colors are integrated in one print module, resulting in a continuous and perfect registration of the colors without operator intervention.
Broad Substrate Compatibility
Print permanent, durable images with UV-curable inks onto poly materials, coated cartons, labels, card stock, plastics, and other difficult substrates. Use water-based inks to print onto porous substrates like paper, cardboard, or envelopes.
Process Color Printing
Print solids (e.g. logos) and photo quality images with easy-to-use, built-in color matching tools and precise color reproduction.
Robust Ink System
Precise vacuum control of meniscus and ink degassing ensure reliable print head operation and consistent print quality. Top off ink while printer is running.
